03 Data we collect
- Server logs. When you load a page, our host may automatically record your IP address, browser type, referrer and timestamp. This is technically necessary to deliver the site and protect it from abuse. Logs are retained for a maximum of 7 days unless a security incident requires longer retention.
- Contact. If you email us, we keep your message and address only as long as needed to reply, and no longer than 90 days thereafter.
- No tracking. We do not use advertising cookies or third-party analytics profiling.
04 Legal basis
We process data on the basis of Art. 6 (1)(b) GDPR (performance of a contract / pre-contractual steps), Art. 6 (1)(f) GDPR (our legitimate interest in a secure, functioning website) and, where you give it, Art. 6 (1)(a) GDPR (consent).
05 Cookies & local storage
This site stores small technical values in your browser (for example to remember interface state). These are not used to track you across other sites. You can clear them at any time in your browser settings. No consent banner is shown because we do not use non-essential cookies.
06 Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection. You may also lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority — in our case the Landesbeauftragte für den Datenschutz und die Informationsfreiheit Rheinland-Pfalz (www.datenschutz.rlp.de).
